Blackwood & Shelby make classical razors, a product that has been around for over 200 years. With this in mind, Blackwood & Shelby founders were keen to design a classic logo that highlighted the heritage of the product.

Using the feather (a symbol long associated with shaving) enabled the brand to convey a sense of heritage while remaining clean and crisp.
Creating multiple logo variations was imperative when working with products like soaps and blades.
